So last night I went and played some pool with Tara. It was pretty cool they have dollar beer at Astro’s on Sundays. My game could use some major improving so I am thinking about venturing up there more often and getting some much needed practice in.

In other news Heyyyy Hoooo Heeeerrrooooe’s I am so excited about Heroes tonight I could just burst into lil bits lmao *POOF*

We will be going to the Renaissance Festival on the 4^th of October if anyone wants to go. Kim and I will be going in the morning. It usually open’s at 10 and I like to be there then. It’s the cool of the day and not so crowded. I am so excited its one of my favorite fall activities.

Speaking of fall today is the first day of fall. I have a saying about fall.

“Fall….Kills bugs dead” I hate bugs and I love the fact that the first freeze usually kills most of them. I am not mean either it’s just natural.

Speaking of bugs we have had a big problem with like 3 crickets in the room chirping loudly all night. They were like living in the baseboard or something. 2 of them fell victim to TrainTime..nice kitty….good kitty….wise kitty.

The third one just kind of crawled out yesterday of course he was going one way and I was running the other way. Kim caught him in a cup and you’ll be happy to know that he has an outside home again and it was really nice last night because for the first time since we moved in I didn’t here that annoying chirping.

Finally I am going to start a Lesbian dating service so sign up if you single and looking.

Woooohoooo I am so excited….Yesterday I went all out…..I….got…..a brand new laptop. I am so excited and OMG it gets better. I also bought a brand new I-pod (80Gig) I am so excited. I stayed up late playing with it. I think Kim thought I was crazy but it’s been a long time since I had a computer that wasn’t used or someone else’s. I would like to thank a very special someone for aiding me in this purchase.

Shout outs

-I would like to thank Kim for letting me take her I-pod to work 5 days a week

-I would like to thank my mom for recycling so many computers my way

-I would like to thank myself for not freaking out too bad when I wrote the check lol

Anyway in other news (OMG I GOT A NEW COMPUTER) we are getting ready to move. I am so excited…and not excited all rolled up in one. I am excited because I feel all over that Kim is that person that I am going to spend the rest of my life with and I can’t wait to live with her in our own space with our own stuff and so on. She’s such a special person and I am excited to see how her creativity plays out on her very own decorating canvas that is our new un-decorated apartment. I’m sure it will be good. I am not however excited about the physical part of moving I know everyone out there in the virtual world will think about Kim next Saturday cause she’s gonna be working a lot harder than I am unfortunately I can’t be in the sun so it makes moving suck for others. I am not gonna lie I am praying for a very cloudy day so that I can break my back just like everyone else. It bothers me that I have to stand in the shade and watch others struggle moving my shit just because I’ll get burned…OMG it drives me nuts. Don’t get me wrong I work my butt off in the shade but still…anyway moving on.

Hmm I…got a new computer….wooohooo. I also need to be thinking about packing for more than just moving. I am leaving 4 days after we move into our new place… (I am team less at work today so let me break it down for ya) I’ll be leaving Thursday morning to go to KCI airport and I’ll be leaving from KCI and flying to Dallas, TX. We will then get on a really really big plane where we will fly 4 hours and 45 min to San Juan, Puerto Rico. Then after we reach San Juan we will go thru customs and jump on an itty bitty plane and off we go to Anguilla which will be about an hour and 20 min flight over the ocean in this really loud plane that moves up and down a lot. (Can’t swim). We will prob get there at like 10 at night but man I can already smell that salt water. Its gonna be nice.

Anguilla is the most beautiful island; it’s also where my dad is from. We are going down there for a family reunion

the famous "Rock Band" will be released tonight at midnight!!! I would like to be very excited except....Well I don't have an Nintendo Wii yet and I will not buy any more games until Wii Knocks on my door and makes itself at home in my livingroom!!!! Damn the man Damn him!!!!!! Why must things cost money!!! I still havn't played Legands of Rock yet and now this.... and now Rock Band.........I think i'll kill the last 10 min of my work day being sore about this subject.

The adventure

So I’m sure you have already read the tire story so I’ll make this brief. You would think It wouldn’t get anymore embarrassing than getting a flat tire while driving down 435 on your way to Missouri and not knowing how to put the spare on, however when your girlfriend not only has calm your nerves and talk you out of calling the tow truck and then take you to the rear end of your ride and show you that there is a spare located in a compartment in your trunk its pretty bad. Hmm tire iron, nuts/bolts thingy’s, car jack, all new items to me lol. I have never had to change a tire in my lifetime yup 25 years and I have to get a flat tire and not know how to change it with my girl in the car!!!! She was very helpful!!

The key question is does anyone know how to redeem butch points on this one? ; )

Outside of my little tire experience I had a wonderful Monday and Tuesday. We went to Raymore Missouri to visit 3 of my best friends.

Things to never do list

-Never eat at the KFC in Raymore Missouri, it’s just too Ghetto for words!!!

-Tootsies is closed on Mondays so don’t try to go lol!!!

-Westport sucks on Monday nights and if you have to go don’t go till after like 12:30 a.m. (a guy on the street told us that)!!

-Go to Missy B’s on Mondays they have a show and then dancing after words and there is no cover charge!!!

-Don’t take your straight guy best friend to the gay bar, it will make him nervous no matter how many straight chicks are there!!

-Don’t ever wait too late to go to the pumpkin patch because it turns into a graveyard of Orange, Green, and Cream despair.

-always dress to impress because you never know when you’re going to meet someone’s mom!! ; )

-last but not least KNOW HOW TO CHANGE A TIRE!!!!

Hmm..I don't post very often anymore....some of that is because no one really reads it but mostly because Its always so busy. I think I am on right now posting just so that I can get a lot off my chest...I have been trying a lot of things to relieve stress.. Lets see I started trying not to think about too much at work so I waited until I got home to think about stuff....OMG what a bad Idea now i'm not sleeping well at all. I am up early and going to bed way to late, tossing and turning all night long and then its time to get up again. I have also not been eating very much. Its so weird I love food the tastes and smells. Here lately I have not really had the desire to eat anything not even my favorite foods. Lets not forget the drinking that Miller Light Seems to be having a problem staying in the fridge which is also not good.

Why do you ask am I so stressed?

Lets Start with the bad new first I guess

My dad is in the hospital...He's ill very ill. They had been running all these tests talking about doing all this minor surgry and so on, All week they have been talking like the reason he was in there was so minor and fixable. Yesterday His MRI and Biopcy came back and They found out that my dads liver is intertwined with tumers.......not just any tumers they are huge tumors that they are pretty sure they can not remove and lets not forget that they also have to test the tumors to see if they are cancerus and if they are my dad is in big trouble the doctor says. Its makes me cry just thinking about the worst. There doesn't seem to be anything to take my mind off of this its just so weird that I have had my dad for 25 years and that just like that Something like cancer and tumors could take him away from me.....OMG and so soon.....why so soon? I just don't understand. so now that i'm crying I don't feel like writing anymore however it does make me feel a little better to get it off my chest.

There are a few minor things bugging me along side that big problem above however the little things just don't seem to be important so I am putting them on the back burnner I guess

-I finished the Harry Potter Book 4 days after I got it.......I would like to talk about it but out of respect for those who may have not finished it yet I will not. I will say this OMG its so good!!!!!!! I am so sad that its over but Happy that I was allowed to enjoy such a wonderful series of books.

-I had my hair out the other day and its past my sholders. Its getting close to being the longest hair I have ever had I am not sure if thats good news or bad news. I am going to say its bad news because I want to cut it off I want to cut it all off. I have been longing for short hair for so long. What would people think. What if I went short and I didn't like it? What if...What if...What if.... I just don't know what to do I would say that I could just follow my hairs heart but it seems to be a big chicken these days

-I need to quit smoking I dont know if Alicia realizes this but I think its really starting to take a toll on my Asthma and I don't think its a good Idea to try and fuck with Asthma, Thats a good way to end up dead so it looks like I am going to start trying plus my doctor says that all the tools that I need to quit smoking are covered under Insurance which I am very excited about. I would like to be able to start running once I get this asthma quit smoking thing under control which leads me toooo........

-My weight................................you know what I am not even gonna go there with this right now but thats only because I just managed to stop myself from crying and I don't want to start that up again.

on that last note I think i'm going to lay down and try and enjoy some time to myself........I am going to be working 8 hours a day and spending my evenings at the hospital

Lol I think I just wow'd my girl with some wine and a few gifts I also cleaned up our apartment and said some wonderful things that I think she's been wanting to here. Wooohooo!!!

lil pinguan- Pinot noir (If you like red wine its great stuff by the way)

I am sick those fucking people at work got me sick. I have been running from this for a week know and as of Monday it bit me in the ass. My girl friend has been nothing but wonderful she's been taking care of me. However its hard to take care of someone who can't breath or walk. I have some sort of virus its gross. Thanks to smoking and being a Sever Asthma suffer I am using like 3 inhalers and a machine to help me breath. (someone just put me down now damn it) I feel like a really old person.

True Story:

Yesterday after I went to the doctor's office I had to go to walgreens to get all my medication filled. I was there for like 2 hours not to mention I couldn't stand for long periods of time and so on. Anyway this old lady came by and was just straight up stairing at me. I kept looking at her like um maybe she didn't realize that they free'd black folks a long ass time ago. Then she just started asking me all these questions "are you married honey" "Do you have any kids" I'm thinking to myself who the hell is this lady. Anyway I believe in respecting my elders no matter race, creed, or level of crazyness so I just did my best to anwser her questions. about 2 min into more questions her husband came and sat down on the other side of me. I coudln't believe what was going on. the Older lady was talking about her bad knee on one side of me and the older man on the other side of me was talking about being a (spelling) veitnam vet. So we started talking about war and I asked him wether he was army navy or Marine he told me he was army and I told him that my grandpa and my dad where also army. DONT YOU KNOW THIS OLD FART USED THE WORD "COLORED PEOPLE" LIKE 10 FUCKING TIMES IN A SENTENCE. I'm like who uses that shit anymore. Does this man not watch tv does he not know how to read. The last time I checked the word colored hadn't been used for years and years and years. I was just like whatever I should have listened to my grandpa when he told me not to talk to old white folks cause they never change. what the hell was I thinking anyway.......

Back to being sick.

Well Like I said i'm sick.... This is my second day off of work.......Can you tell..... I'm just typing and typing because i'm bored as hell its like 5:30 but I had to get up to take all those drugs. I do have a great cough syurp though. to all those that are sick. I'm sorry your sick and I feel your pain.

the weekend

Weekend:

The weekend was awesome. My best friend got married and I got to see a lot of people I haven’t seen in a really long time from high school even. I had that happy feeling that you get when you are around friends. Which I don’t get too often anymore because my friends are far and few in numbers. The after wedding was so much fun. We kicked it like crazy!!!! Pretty much drank all day long we had a blast. Maybe one day if A and I get joined I’ll get to do the same with friends. Alicia thinks we should have drag queens as ushers. I think that would be awesome. Not to mention my mom would freak out. It would be funny lol.

Speaking of marriage and stuff Alicia and I’s year anniversary is coming up on Wednesday. Wow can you believe it’s been a whole year. It’s crazy. I remember when we met it was spring time Lawrence pride. Ahh hey honey do you remember that night it was pouring rain out and we went back to Lindsey’s appt to wait for them to close down the limelight? Hehe. Anyway I’m very proud to say we made it. Let’s give Alicia a big round of applause for putting up with me for all this time. Let’s also send out prayers in hopes that she can continue lol : ), Cause I am truly a mess I guess!

Future events.

Alicia’s b-day is coming up next week. I’m gonna buy her some great gifts and then I am going to load her in the car and take her wherever she wants to go. I know when and where and I can’t wait. Its going to be a fun time her friends are so much fun.

I don’t know if any of you ever road in my 98 white ford escort….but…. if you did please stop for a moment of silence. The white 98 ford escort I was driving died last week Monday. She made her last trip down 435 around 3:15 on Monday March 6th. She will be greatly missed…………….On another note you are now look at the proud new owner of a 2006_______________ I guess you’ll just have to see it to believe it. I’m very excited about my new car though. It’s got everything I wanted plus more. It’s a real cruiser and it only had 33 miles on it when I drove it off the lot. Well this weekend was very busy!!!!!!! Friday night Alicia made this wonderful dinner that I hope she makes again. We had chicken with a creamed sauce and this new thing I never tried called Parogie’s. Man it was awesome. Then we went to Wayne and Larry’s for drinks with Lindsey and Steph and some other friends. After we got good and toasty we went to Wal-Mart and shopped till we dropped (at 3:30 in the morning) it was a blast. We all bought our x-mas gifts for the x-mas party on Saturday. Saturday was very busy. Alicia and I shopped pretty much all day. It was such a nice day we went down to Mass Street to look around and get my dad some things for Christmas. There were so many people it was nuts. I got a parking ticket because I didn’t know you have to feed the meter on Saturday’s I don’t go down there very often during the day yuck!!! It was so much fun though; my favorite part was the toy store and the rock store.

We went to Wal-Mart with my mom where I bought some chew’s for sasha and max and then we left. Sasha was very excited when we got home because she was going to stay the night with grandma. After Sasha left we packed up and went to Topeka for the x-mas party.

OMG it was so much fun the food was awesome and the fire was warm!!! We exchanged gifts in the old white elephant fashion then the trading started. I ended up with a six pack of Miller light and 6 to 8 scratcher’s tickets, which was awesome because after playing all the games I won 6 dollars. Woooohooo!!!!!!! Oh and it gets better, after the gift exchange we drank and played a game called ________ It was crazy we numbered off into 2 teams and had an all out competitive brawl with this game we played like 9 rounds it was insane but it was a blast. I think I’m gonna put something like that on my b-day list. There were 15 of us the house was full of laughter and happiness which I was glad to have been invited I drank way too much and we didn’t end up getting home till after 2 or so. As soon as we hit the door I was out cold!!! Lol

Sunday was cool as well. My mom and my sister came and picked up Alicia and I yesterday morning and we left and went back to Topeka. We shopped all day and then went to Red Lobster one of my favorite places to eat. It was so yummy. After that we went to the mall and shopped some more. We got home round 7 and I gave Alicia a gift from Santa early (I couldn’t wait. Lol) I bought a big fluffy mattress pillow thing that makes the bed oh so heavenly. She was very excited so she gave me a gift early which was a new hat that looks really good on me. I’m very excited and I can’t wait to wear it!!!!!!!
I think i will do that tonight while i'm at my new favorite place to kick it!!!!
